SKIL-TECH's Safety Incentive Program gives employees many opportunities to win rewards for working safe! Each month we have a drawing and ten winners receive a $100 gift card. The gift card may be for gas, stores or restaurants. The prize for the month will be listed in the monthly safety tip that we send to employees the first week of each month. In order to participate and win rewards in the Safety Incentive Program, each employee must qualify by:

  • Working injury free for the month
  • Correctly completeing the initials on weekly time ticket
  • Working at least 100 hours during the month
  • Completing and returning the portion of the monthly safety tip by the deadline date noted
  • Being a current employee

    We encourage all employees to participate in this program and take advantage of another one of the many benefits employees receive while working for SKIL-TECH.
