SKIL-TECH employees can earn up to $150 for making a referral for a qualified individual to apply for employment at SKIL-TECH.

If you know workers who meet our qualifications and are looking for work, experiencing downtime, or needing work in the future, please refer them to SKIL-TECH.

Here is how we will pay you for the referral: when the employee starts work, you receive a SKIL-TECH shirt. After 100 regular hours are worked, you receive $50. After 480 regular hours are worked, you receive $100.

To qualify for this program, you must be a current and active employee with SKIL-TECH. Please have your referrals mention your name when they apply. If you have any questions, call your District Manager or e-mail info@skil-tech.com.
