    David Bancroft
    is the District Manager for the Milwaukee office. David has an extensive background in woodworking, both in building and refurbishing. David has a daughter named Adrienne and he looks forward to putting his years of experience to work for SKIL-TECH and its clients whenever they are in need of skilled trades-people to support their company goals.

    Bill Ackerman
    is the District Manager for the Madison & Wisconsin Dells offices. He started in the construction industry by building log homes. Bill joined SKIL-TECH as a carpenter in early 1996 and later was promoted to District Manager.

    Bill is married to Jolene and has one son. He enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting. The group of employees he has working with him is the most gratifying part of his job with SKIL-TECH.

    Gary Englert
    is the District Manager for the Eau Claire office. Before joining SKIL-TECH, Gary worked in a variety of different construction fields. He started as a rough carpenter and later became a project manager for residential development. Just prior to joining SKIL-TECH in 1992 Gary worked as a custom homebuilder.

    Gary and his wife, Patty, have three boys ranging from ages eight to sixteen.Gary enjoys being with his family and coaching his sons' Little League and BabeRuth baseball teams. He also enjoys fishing and golfing. Gary believes that themost rewarding part about working with SKIL-TECH is the relationships that arebuilt between his employees and himself.

    Bob Erdmann
    is the District Manager of the Wausau & Tomahawk offices. He earned a degree in Industrial Engineering Service and Technology from North Central Technical College and also studied Natural Resources at UW-Wausau.Prior to joining SKIL-TECH in 1991 Bob worked for Nelson & JorgensenAssociates Architects, Inc., and later started his own health food business. Hereentered the construction field in 1980 to work as a freelance designer of steel buildings, architectural steel and curtain wall systems.

    Bob and his wife, Vicki, enjoy spending time with their four children and seven grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, photographyand playing the guitar. Bob says the most rewarding part about working atSKIL-TECH is placing a good person with a good contractor because everyone benefits from his or her success.

    Quinn Kalies
    is the District Manager for the Appleton, Green Bay and Oshkosh offices. He earned a Management Degree with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from UW-Eau Claire. In January of 1999, he worked for SKIL-TECH during hi s winter school break at a project in Appleton.

    Quinn was in transportation management for 5 years. He also has adecorative concrete business that he runs part-time. He enjoys going to sportingevents and helping friends with any projects they may have.Quinn feels the most rewarding part about working at SKIL-TECH is theopportunity to help both clients and employees become and remain successful.

    Les Jacobson
    is the District Manager for the LaCrosse WI. and Rochester MN. territories.

    Les has been active in the construction industry for the last 25 years. He has held positions in building material sales as well as residential and commercial estimating for various general contractors throughout the area. Les and his wife Ginny enjoy spending time with their three grown children. Les says the best part of this job at SKLI-TECH is matching one of our skilled employees with a contractor who appreciates what we can do to help them accomplish their goals.

    Gary Englert
    is the District Manager for the Minnesota officeBefore joining SKIL-TECH, Gary worked in a variety of different construction fields.
